“When we least expect it. life sets us a challenge to test our courage and willingness to change.” – Paulo Coelho
We live in unprecedented times where reality is abruptly changing in front of our eyes. How we respond is key.
The one mistake we tend to do when in panic is trying to push harder doing what we have always done. We’d better stop. Disrupt the automatic response. A challenge is a call to change and the first step to change is to stop doing what you have been doing and to stop being who you were up until this moment.
Assess what is really going on. Not everything becomes impossible in times of crisis. There are some things you can keep doing and there are others that you need to change.
Acceptance is the next important key. >>This is how it is now,<< is a mantra of strength. When you say yes to the unknown and embrace the outcome with an open mind, you can begin discovering your greater potential.
Think creatively to move beyond the challenge into opportunity. Search for alternatives to achieving your goals. You may even discover a better way of reaching them. A challenge is an opportunity to reassess what really matters and to strike a new path to higher peaks. You can do it!
