Ask yourself these four questions:
- How much time do you spend with family?
- Do you have habits that need to be changed?
- Are you the one who makes decisions when buying groceries?
- What is your favorite physical activity?
You may notice a pattern in these questions.
Right now, at this very unique time, your answers probably differ from 2 months ago, but the overall direction is the same – they are all about health.
Health and time – these two treasures are given to us to cherish over a lifetime, and cannot be replenished or replaced. We can buy just about everything else, but these two – we only get one chance at, and it’s up to us how we use it. At this very challenging time, it all comes down to the same very basic principles: move your body, drink more water, get enough sleep and enjoy quality time with your family. Simple does not mean wrong. Now, simple means achievable and empowering.
Only when healthy, will we be able to pursue happiness, take care of others, and make lives easier. And remember – help is available to anyone who asks for it.
