When life is challenging, and the world seems to be changing so quickly, it can be hugely unsettling, and difficult to come to terms with this ‘new normal’
We sometimes need to create our own sense of calm and stability.
This is where meditation can help.
I am an ordained Buddhist disciple and our teachings are transmitted from an enlightened Buddha. Our meditations work on mantra, mudra and visualisation. This helps to purify the mind body and speech.
Here are some tips to get your started:
Make time for you – 10 minutes a day.
Start before you rise or as you fall asleep, if there’s barely time in the day.
Play some lovely meditation music.
Light some incense and a candle.
Sit comfortably and relax. Shut your eyes, Be mindful of your breath as you take a few deep breaths in and out.
