“Carpe diem”

“Seizing the day with head, hands and heart has never been truer than in a time of crisis!”

At a time of crisis so much is out of your control, it is easy to be swept along by the wave of panic.

You are probably right, there is a lot happening that you cannot control. But this is the moment to change your course amid this stream.

Take back your power, and see the possibilities that you cannot control. Find the positives, they are usually there just not always easy to spot.

Liberating your psychological, emotional and creative headspace will free you up to see the opportunities beyond the threat. Truly open yourself up to the personal and business opportunities that might come maybe in the threat itself or in the periods after the crisis. And don’t feel guilty this doesn’t make you a vulture, feeding off others’ difficulties.

Being the phoenix does not have to be at the expense of others.
