“Mindfulness is simply being aware of what is happening right now, without wishing it were different. Enjoying the pleasant without holding on when it changes, which it will. Being with the unpleasant without fearing it will always be this way, which it won’t” James.Baraz

Mindset, What does this mean? Our minds are a wonderful creation.

The Brain processes so many thoughts. What do we put into our brains? Mostly trivia.

If only we could set our minds into action, and to see the power it gives us. However, so often we disregard this power, by batting away the precious gift, we have been given. We worry about non-essential things that whirl around in our brain and we come no closer to a solution.

So how do we set our MINDSET IN MOTION? The first thing we must learn is how to let the mind relax. This isn’t easy as we have to stop worrying about minor worries or concerns.

We have to find a way to think positively. To stop prodding our minds with unnecessary worries, that block our minds from achieving positive results.

We create obstacles for ourselves, so that the mind cannot fulfil its potential. So, we must learn to relax. Clear our minds of all the clutter.

Choose a quiet place, where you can be alone, and let your mind concentrate on finding you the right path to follow.

With MINDFULNESS, ask yourself what it is that you want to achieve. What is your goal? How to make your business grow and make profits. How to structure your life, so you have constantly got your head down, and feel drained and like you’re stuck and getting nowhere. Relaxing the mind takes times to learn, to let your mind do the work.

Our Mind, our brain is so amazing, that if we can learn to let it guide us the results can be formidable. Establish what you want from life, and let your MINDSET do the work.

The mind is so powerful, you will be astonished at the results you can attain. With the present situation, when we are all having to stay indoors, what better time, to put your mind into action. You will be surprised at what you, yes you, can achieve.
