You are going to work the Tricep muscle on the back of your arm. Reach back their and locate that muscle.

Place your Body Sculpting band over the top of the door. Sit facing towards the door with your arms at a 90 degree angle in front of you.
Underhand grip, Palms up. Breathe in

Exhale as you are pulling handles away from you and down. Until your arms straight down at your sides. Wrists locked.
Hold position for 1-2 seconds

Remember to mental focus on firing up the muscles on the back of your arm.

The goal is to JUST START moving and working those muscles.
